# AI-assisted enterprise content migration

United States insurance. United States. Client described anonymously under NDA.

AI-assisted migration of enterprise content from WordPress to Contentful across 15 websites.

## Challenge

Content had to be migrated from WordPress to Contentful across 15 production websites without disrupting large daily audiences.

## Role

Full architecture and implementation ownership.

## Architecture

- Parallel Claude and OpenAI workflows
- Node.js and CLI scripts
- AI-assisted planning, content structures, and validation

## Scale

- 15 websites
- ~25 internal users
- ~35,000 daily users per website

## Outcomes

- Migrated 15 sites in approximately three to four days, including scripting and AI plus human validation

## Lesson

Large migrations compress when planning, structure, and validation are treated as engineering with AI in the loop, not as manual labor.
